DIYguru had no podcasting history. The challenge was to create a show that felt authentic, binge-worthy, and relevant to students and industry professionals alike. And to ensure the episodes did more than sit on YouTube, they had to drive growth across other platforms, too.

We proposed and structured a founder-centric podcast series, guiding the content strategy, theme buckets, and platform rollouts. The team executed it internally, recording and producing a consistent stream of episodes. Each episode was amplified using YouTube Shorts, Reels, and quote carousels to ensure every long-form piece fed the rest of the content pipeline.
